The secret to unlocking change

For many years I have tried to change behaviours that seem to kick back into place after an initial thrust of will that would last two or three weeks at best. It’s the classic New Year’s resolution syndrome: the goal to go to the gym or regularly practice mindfulness seems to fail within weeks. A recent Forbes magazine article cites the failure rate as a shocking 92 percent!
