Keeping a finger on the pulse

  • All our coaches have regular review sessions with their community leader where they have an opportunity to reflect on their ongoing professional practice with data that draws from our client’s feedback questionnaires and recorded calls


  • We expect all of our coaches to have supervision. We also provide supervision to our coaches over and above any external supervision they may already have


  • As well as ongoing accreditation in core material all of our coaches sign up to our Duty of Care, Data Protection, Ethical and Privacy Policies
