Our approach was created by Jerry Connor and Lee Sears, who are the authors of 'Why Work is Weird' and have worked with many of the UK's most successful companies, helping them to achieve and sustain change through their people. Coach in a Box takes the insight and learning from these experiences and produces it in a form that is affordable and accessible to those who may not have experienced coaching before.
What makes our approach unique is the innovative mix of stimuli and support.
Each of our programmes is a carefully designed, self managed process that makes the most of three unique elements.
Each programme is built around key insights that have been applied in some of the worlds most successful companies. These ideas have been built into a three step process which incorporate a mix of diagnostics, self-guided exploration and new ideas presented through a variety of media.
Each programme offers the opportunity for a rich and powerful learning experience. We foster the art of experimentation and look to build on your successes.

Your Personal Coach will work with you for the duration of the product. He or she will review diagnostics, help frame objectives, introduce and explain insights and encourage you to keep going when your energy flags. At a corporate level, they will also incorporate your organisation's own priorities, helping it to review and measure impact and give regular progress updates.
On certain programmes, you may also work with a Specialist Coach who is a behavioural specialist, working with you to a greater depth, helping to uncover unconscious limiting beliefs and challenge habitual patterns of behaviours. Your Specialist's role is to help achieve the big breakthroughs.
